From the 2nd Biosupercomputing Symposium
Poster Session
On March 18-19, 2010, The 2nd BioSupercomputing Symposium (BSCS) was held at MY PLAZA Hall near Imperial Palace in Tokyo.
In this symposium, more than 70 teams participated in the poster session of the BSCS to advertise their researches at a foyer and gave one-minute flash talks on a stage. The award committee gave the best poster award to Dr. Xin-Qiu Yao (Kyoto University) and the poster award to seven researchers. The awardees received testimonials and trophies (a list of awardees).
The BioSuperComputing Research Community (BSCRC) conducted the award committee. The BSCS board members and the invited speakers jointly reviewed the panels at the request of the BSCS organizer, and Haruki Nakamura, Chairman of BSCRC, announced the awardees and presented tesimonials.
